Week 2: Part I

Since last week's log was a huge post, I'm going to try to post every couple days instead of all at once.


Sunday: May 16th, 2010

Tired. Sleepy. Headachey. Did laundry.

WF+: Did a few balance games, then watched some old episodes of the 4400.
Wii age: 25
Weight change since yesterday: - 0.5 lbs

EA: I was feeling pretty crummy so I switched Monday's rest day with today's workout.




Monday: May 17th, 2010

Meh.

Treadmill - 25 minutes alternating speed walking & jogging. Headache and neck pain today, so I took it fairly easy. Current favorite running/jogging music: "Adagio for Strings" by Tiesto. No, it's not classical.

WF+:
Wii age: 20
Weight change since yesterday: - 2.4 lbs

EA: Workout #5. Not so bad; around 28 minutes, around 130 calories or so. I didn't write this one down because I was too distracted -- E finally made a profile and started his own 6WC!



Tuesday: May 18th, 2010

Treadmill: 30 minutes alternating speed walking & jogging. I did a few short bursts of sprinting, but I'm really not ready to hold a sustained run yet. Burned just over 200 calories, at 1.5 miles.

WF+:
Wii age: 20
Weight change since yesterday: + 0.8 lbs. I'm not too worried about this; weight fluctuates throughout the week. The same goes for yesterday's weigh-in -- by no means do I actually think I've lost 2.4 lbs of fat overnight. Much of it is water weight, and depends on whether or not I've had dinner, etc. at the time of my weigh-in.

EA: Workout #6. Lower body workout today with cardio. I think the cool down station at the end requires more stretching. I really like the single arm lateral raises & the single arm shoulder presses.

Calories burned: 137.2
Exercises: 14/14

I still hate alternating crossover lunges.


I've been neglecting the Wii Fit Plus this week. It's not intentional -- the games are a lot of fun and I know I should get back to them, but I've beat most of E's scores so my motivation is not so high, especially since I try to knock out the EA program when I first get home so I won't lose my momentum. I'll see what I can do about that.

Strawberries have been my snack of choice, followed by oranges on my list of favorites. Tonight's dinner is stir fried peppers, shrimp, and green onions over brown rice. Yum! ^__^
